Fiscal Intermediary Services

Creative Living Solutions Inc is a Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for individuals who have chosen Self Directed Services. As the FI, we will provide the administrative and billing support to a person who chooses self-direction. This includes:

• Completing background checks for self-hired staff;
• Billing Medicaid or New York State for services in the budget;
• Paying staff;
• Tracking expenditures; and
• Providing monthly statements to the individual.
